Column Reference
ColumnRequiredDescription
posUsernamePOS username (stable key for matching)
displayName—Friendly display name
role—Role (e.g. cashier, chef, manager, waiter, bartender)
monthlySalary—Monthly salary in primary currency — used for payroll calculation
How It Works
- posUsername is used for matching during POS imports
- Duplicates skipped by posUsername
- monthlySalary is in the organization primary currency
