Import products, sales, and purchases from POPOK POS or any spreadsheet. Column headers are flexible — we match over 60 common aliases automatically.

Flexible Column Headers

You don't need to match column names exactly. BasilBook recognizes over 60 common aliases. Headers are case-insensitive — spaces, underscores, and dashes are all normalized automatically.

How it works

Your column header is lowercased and trimmed
Spaces, underscores, and dashes are stripped for matching
The normalized value is looked up in our alias table
If no alias matches, the original header name is used as-is
Example: "Selling Price", "selling_price", "SELLING PRICE", "price" all map to sellingPrice
